Will has been farming Jersey cows at Gwavas Jersey Farm all his life through a changing and challenging economic landscape. The farm runs a small herd of Jersey cows at its heart but, as with many farms these days, we have also diversified where we can do so in keeping with the landscape and community; we run a campsite during the summer months, a farmgate stall and a few chickens wander round the garden.
